Weekly open Thai Yoga classes - not in July/August
Thai Yoga Therapeutic - 90 min
This is a slow-paced class to learn asanas (postures) with a strong focus on alignment. We take time in the asanas to develop strength and flexibility, as well as body awareness to improve daily posture. We teach small groups (max 7 people) so that you can receive personal guidance and massage touches for that unique experience of inner peace and relaxation.
Thai Yoga Flow - 60 min
This class is more dynamic and open to a bigger group (max 12 people). It will be a sequence/choreography of the asanas we work on in the therapeutic classes. The flow sequence will feel very familiar thus help you enjoy the 'flow' rather than feeling like we are moving through postures too fast. No personal massage touches but an opportunity to enjoy a meditative flow through familiar movement and guidance.

In need of (passive) stretching?
Thai Massage stimulates blood circulation and flexibility, and releases muscular tension. Besides reveiving pressure, you will be guided into different yoga asanas (postures) to strech and twist your spine, as well as gain flexibility.
Enjoy being 'stretched' while comfortably lying on the floor!
Therapeutic Yoga & Massage
Need a soft yet strengthening session (after injury or time out)? Or just more personal guidance?
This therapeutic session consists of a unique combination of personalized Hatha Yoga Class and Thai Massage, designed for your body/mind's needs. A session might look like a 30 min yoga session followed by a 30 min massage (Thai massage) or could turn out to be a full hour of yoga, completely depending on your body needs at that time.
