Weekly open Thai Yoga classes
In her Thai Yoga practice Siska progressively teaches asana sequences with a strong focus on alignment to develop strength & flexibility, as well as body awareness which will translate into a healthier daily posture. She blends in her experience as a Thai masseuse, combining Hatha Yoga with Traditional Thai Massage for a unique profound experience of inner peace & relaxation. We teach small groups (max 5 people) so that you can receive personal guidance and massage touches.

Thai Massage stimulates blood circulation & flexibility, and releases muscular tension. Besides reveiving pressure, you will be guided into different yoga asanas (postures) to strech & twist your spine, as well as gain flexibility.
Enjoy being 'stretched' while comfortably lying on the floor!
Therapeutic Yoga & Massage
Need a soft yet strengthening session (after injury or time out)? This therapeutic session consists of a unique combination of personalized Hatha Yoga Class & Thai Massage, designed for your body/mind's needs. A session might look like a 30 min yoga session followed by a 30 min massage (Thai massage) or could turn out to be a full hour of massage, completely depending on your body needs at that time.
